Welcome to Askaret. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Askaret website, Telegram bot, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Askaret, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Askaret provides an AI-powered digital assistant accessible via Telegram. The Service allows users to automate tasks, draft emails, manage calendar events, and create documents by connecting their third-party accounts (e.g., Google Workspace). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
To use the Service, you must connect your Telegram account and authorize access to your Google Workspace. You agree to:
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically billed the standard monthly price unless you cancel beforehand.
Billing: By providing payment information, you authorize Askaret Oy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by messaging the assistant. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.

The Service relies on third-party platforms, such as Telegram and Google Workspace. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Askaret is not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of these third-party services.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, logos, and AI integration logic, are and will remain the exclusive property of Askaret Oy. You retain all rights to the data and content you process through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Askaret Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
